In April 1984, "Troisgros" opened in the Shinjuku store
and started a collaboration with Odakyu Department Store.
Many famous wines and foodstuffs introduced to Japan for the first time
attracted a great deal of attention from Japanese customers.

The collaboration with Odakyu Department Store has been over 10 years,
and the brand logo has been renewed.
The chef regularly visited Japan to further improve quality
and deepened exchanges with Japanese customers.

In Tokyo, we celebrated Troisgros’ 30th anniversary of Michelin 3-star in 1998. Two chefs showed off their skills.

Taking the opportunity of the 40th anniversary of the 3-star acquisition of "Troisgros" in France,
the Shinjuku store has also undergone a major renewal.
"Café Troisgros" has also been reborn as a place where you can enjoy "three-star" at your fingertips.

and in 2019, it celebrated its 35th anniversary of collaboration with Odakyu Department Store.
When two sons of Michel Troisgros came to Japan, they enthusiastically instructed the Japanese staff.
