Michel Troisgros' son Léo Troisgros is the sous chef at “La Colline”, Troisgros' popular auberge near Roanne in France. Inspired by “La Colline”, a limited-time special lunch course will be offered.
Please be sure to enjoy fresh creations; collaborations between our Executive Chef Guillaume Bracaval and the young Chef Léo Troisgros from the Troisgros family.
